Facilitator Training & Licensing Program

MotherWoven

MotherWoven is an invitation to step into your next becoming— as a guide, a space holder, a connector, and a weaver of wisdom in your community.

You’ve come so far. You’ve unraveled inherited patterns, tended your inner landscape, and reclaimed parts of yourself once buried beneath obligation. And now, something in you is stirring—not just to keep going inward, but to begin offering what you’ve learned in ways that nourish others.

It’s time to weave your gifts into the world.

APPLY NOW

Motherhood has matured you.

Growth and healing have transformed you.

What is MotherWoven?

With Beth Berry as your guide, you’ll learn to:

Facilitate transformational group experiences with depth, presence, and integrity

Build community-rooted circles that center collective healing and personal power

Cultivate a sustainable source of income while doing meaningful, soul-aligned work

MotherWoven is a 9-month facilitator training and licensing program for women ready to lead transformational circles for mothers using the time-tested MotherWorthy model—developed over nearly a decade of deep, healing work with hundreds of women.

This isn’t a coaching certification. It’s a sacred passing of tools, insight, and soul-aligned structure to support you in weaving your heart, care, and skills into spaces that hold and transform.

I'm also excited to announce that Brandy Ferner, my co-facilitator extraordinaire, will be joining MotherWoven calls in a supporting role, bringing her steady presence, wisdom, and artful riverbank holding to the flow of our circles.

For over a decade of her early motherhood, Brandy was a birth doula, birth trauma mentor, childbirth educator, and advisor with Birthing From Within. She brings a wealth of experience and holds space beautifully for women’s transformational experiences. There’s no one I’d rather lead alongside!

Feeling excited + a little nervous?
That’s a good sign.

This work invites you to stretch. Not into something you’re not, but into more of who you already are. You don’t have to feel 100% ready to say yes. You just have to be willing to grow, together.

APPLY NOW

You’re ready to step into a new chapter of purpose, income, and impact—without hustling or pretending

You believe in community as medicine, in circle as sanctuary, and in women as culture weavers

You know how isolating it can feel to mother in a disconnected culture—and want to help others feel seen and supported

You want to carry forward what you’ve learned, not by becoming a “guru,” but by holding space for others’ becoming

You’ve longed to create spaces that reflect the depth of your healing journey

This program is for you if...

You’re determined to leave your children a richer, more life-giving legacy than the one you received, and you feel compelled to stand with others in creating this more beautiful future.

What You’ll Learn + Receive

FOUNDATIONS OF
FACILITATION

Learn to hold transformational space with presence and integrity. We’ll explore trauma-informed practices, circle culture, and ritual, so that you can lead spaces that are brave, safer, and sacred.

Ethical Leadership + Community Care

We don’t just hand you tools—we guide you into the relational intelligence required to use them well. We’ll explore boundaries, power dynamics, emotional safety, and the art of tending to group tension with grace and clarity.

A Culturally Sensitive, Whole-Person Approach

This work honors the complexity of identity, lived experience, and cultural context. We approach facilitation through a culturally responsive lens, centering inclusivity and care. You’ll be invited to explore your own unique story—shaped by both challenge and advantage—so you can hold space that reflects and respects the full spectrum of human experiences.

Curriculum + Tools

You’ll receive full access to the MotherWorthy curriculum (should you choose to use it) —10 themes that have evolved over nearly a decade of circle leadership. You’ll also get customizable templates, prompts, rituals, and resources to adapt the content for your unique community.

Marketing + Logistics

Guidance for launching, sustaining, and filling your circle, from pricing and promotion to group size, scheduling, and location. You’ll walk away with practical tools that honor both your values and your time.

ongoing support

You won’t be alone in this. You’ll have access to live group coaching calls, a private community of fellow facilitators, and optional 1:1 sessions for deeper guidance. This is an experience of mutual support—not a solo path.

Licensing + Collective Support

This training includes a licensing path that allows you to bring MotherWorthy to your own community with clarity and integrity.

You’ll receive:

Permission to use the MotherWorthy name and curriculum
Tools to personalize and adapt the material while honoring the lineage
Marketing assets and guidance
A share in an emerging collective of facilitators—with opportunities for cross-promotion, referrals, and camaraderie

Licensing + Collective Support

This is more than a facilitation training. It’s a carefully crafted journey designed to support you—not just as a circle leader, but as a cultural steward, relational guide, and embodied example of what it means to lead with care.

You’ll gain:

What Happens After the Training?

Once you complete the 9-month facilitator training, you’ll be invited into an optional Advanced Practicum: a next-level opportunity to receive support and mentorship as you begin facilitating your own MotherWorthy circle.

The practicum includes:

Continued community calls

Real-time facilitation feedback

Co-regulation support as you step into leadership

Ongoing access to evolving tools, materials, and promotional opportunities

This is the beginning of a relationship, not a one-time transaction.

I’ve poured my heart into this training—not just to teach, but to walk alongside a group of women who are ready to rise in this next chapter.

Women who’ve done the inner work. Who feel something stirring. Who sense that their story, their voice, and their presence could become medicine for others.

If you’ve longed for a path that honors both your depth and your gifts…

If you’re ready to lead in a way that’s relational, rooted, and real…

I created this for you.

Why You?Why Now?

There is a deep hunger among mothers for spaces that honor their inner lives—spaces that don’t just offer parenting tips or surface-level support, but that meet them in the grief, the wisdom, the rage, and the awakening.

The world doesn’t need more content.

It needs more containers—brave, beautiful, well-held spaces where women can remember who they are.

You don’t need to be perfect to lead these spaces.

You need to be rooted in your healing, willing to keep growing, and ready to step forward with
courage and care.

I feel deeply honored to have Marisol Jiménez—founder of Spiral Path Consulting and my DEI mentor for the past five years—joining us in MotherWoven. With over two decades of community engagement, facilitation, and advocacy experience, Marisol brings a deeply grounded and liberatory approach to equity, power, and belonging.

She is a master at guiding organizations and circles toward being more trauma-aware and radically inclusive. In our session, she will share practical strategies—like expectation management, intentional repair, and structured invitations—to help us increase safety even when perfectly “safe” spaces aren’t possible. Her wisdom is a true gift.

Guest Facilitators

Meet Marisol Jiménez of Spiral Path Consulting

Elisha returns to the MotherWoven container not as our behind-the-scenes magician this time—but as a guest facilitator bringing her gifts front and center. With a background in finance training, systems analysis, life coaching, and psychology, she brings a grounded, compassionate lens to one of the tenderest topics in this work: money.

In her session, Elisha will guide us through healing our relationship with money so we can lead from a place of clarity, worthiness, and confidence—not scarcity or shame. She’s known for her thoughtful presence, her deep integrity, and her uncanny ability to make complex topics feel doable and even joyful.

apply FOR AN EQUITY SEAT

For as long as we offer the course, or at least one year.

How long will I have access to the course material?

Yes. You’ll be encouraged to bring your own voice, gifts, and cultural context to the material. We’ll guide you in how to adapt with integrity so the work remains rooted and effective, while allowing room for your unique magic.

Can I adapt the curriculum to fit my own style or focus?

Licensing gives you permission to facilitate MotherWorthy circles in your local community (not as fully virtual or globally marketed offerings), use the MotherWorthy name and curriculum, access customizable content templates, utilize promotional language and materials, and benefit from optional collective visibility and referrals. You’ll also have the option to receive ongoing mentorship and community support.
Note: You may offer your circle virtually if it is intentionally limited to women within your own geographic/local community.

What is included in the license?

No. This is not a coaching certification or therapy training. It’s a facilitator training and licensing path rooted in the MotherWorthy model. You’ll learn to hold space for transformational group experiences—but not to offer individualized coaching or clinical support unless you’re already trained to do so.

Is this a coaching certification?

No. While some experience holding space is helpful, it’s not required. What matters most is your personal commitment to healing, your resonance with this work, and your readiness to show up with care, humility, and presence. You’ll be well-supported throughout.

Do I need prior facilitation experience to join?

Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely. One goal of this training is to help you create a sustainable, soul-aligned income stream. We’ll guide you through pricing, enrollment, marketing, and logistics so you can confidently launch and lead your circles.

Will I be able to earn income from running circles?

Expect to spend 8-10 hours per month in live sessions and personal study, plus optional time in community conversations, peer support, or 1:1 sessions. The rhythm is intentionally spacious to support integration.

How much time will this require each month?

Yes. We offer a monthly payment plan in addition to an upfront discount. We’re also committed to economic justice and have a few partial equity seats available, which you can apply for here

Is there a payment plan available?

You’ll have the option to continue into an Advanced Practicum, where you’ll receive extended mentorship and support while facilitating your first circle. This practicum is designed to help you lead with confidence, integrity, and connection.

What happens after the 9-month training?

No. MotherWoven is a licensing program, not a certification.

That means you’ll receive permission to use the MotherWorthy name, curriculum, and tools in your own in-person circles—but not a credential or title like “certified coach” or “licensed therapist.”

As a licensed facilitator, you'll be:

• Empowered to adapt and lead MotherWorthy-style circles in your own voice
• Guided by a shared method and lineage
• Part of an intimate collective of facilitators walking this path together

Licensing helps protect the integrity of the work while giving you the freedom to carry it forward—soulfully and sustainably.

Is this a certification program?

At this time, we’re not offering full scholarships for the MotherWoven program.

However, we are offering a small number of equity-based seats at a reduced rate for those from historically marginalized communities for whom the full tuition would be inaccessible. You can apply for an equity seat here.

We recognize the importance of making this work more accessible and we hope to expand our scholarship offerings in future rounds as the program grows.

Our goal is to strike a balance between accessibility and sustainability—to keep this work resourced so it can thrive in the long term.

Are scholarships available?

You’ll have the option to continue into an Advanced Practicum, where you’ll receive extended mentorship and support while facilitating your first circle. This practicum is designed to help you lead with confidence, integrity, and connection.

What happens after the 6-month training?

What if it’s leading somewhere sacred?

“This circle helped me remember my own wisdom. I didn’t realize how much I’d internalized cultural messages that told me I wasn’t enough”

MotherWorthy Participant Reflections

Imagine your own group participants sharing the kinds of feedback with you that I receive year after year…

“Being in a space where I didn’t have to explain my mothering values was incredibly healing. I felt so seen”

“I came in unsure whether I belonged—and I left with a deep sense of sisterhood, power, and purpose"

“It gave me language for things I’d always felt but never heard named out loud”

“This work changed how I show up in every part of my life. I’m more grounded, more honest, more me”

“For the first time in years, I felt like I could exhale”

“MotherWorthy was the first space where I didn’t feel like I had to perform my pain or minimize it. I could just be”

“This a space where mothers can finally exhale—free from judgment, free to be real, and deeply witnessed in ways that change everything.”

This work isn’t for everyone.

YES, I'M FEELING
THE STIRRING!

(and the nudge from
my future self)

It’s for those who feel something crucial is shifting.

That their lived wisdom is asking to be shared.

That their next chapter is calling them into leadership that’s deeply human, profoundly relational, and culturally needed.

You don’t need to be perfect.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.

You just need to bring your honest, wholehearted self—and a willingness to walk alongside others in their becoming.

If something is stirring in you… I hope you’ll trust it.

The world needs what only you can offer.
