Minutes ago I wrote the theme for my beyond early yoga class tomorrow morning.

My thoughts were to weave in stories about looking to the good, the positive that we do, and how we can gain strength not from our physical capacity, but how it comes from an indomitable will (Thank you Gandhi and Happy Birthday).

About how the words that we choose impact how others see us and also how we perceive ourselves. To watch out for thoughts and pay attention to them as they come to us when we are put into difficult situations, uncomfortable poses. And when they do come to the surface in that not so fantastic light, to acknowledge them, accept them, and possibly change them.

All that pondering and wondering what to say, when all along it was sitting in my ‘inbox’ waiting to be read in your blog.

  3. This is a completely awesome perspective. Cracked me up and yet totally true. Thank you!

WOW, I love your blog! =) I’m a new reader, found you through kellymom on facebook. Via an article you wrote for Mothering. You really are inspiring! Although you make me do math for your security question… Argh… =)

Just found your blog and am really enjoying it. And your week sounds pretty awesome! Would love to talk to you about your move abroad and some of the logistics. My husband is from South America and we’re working on a plan to live part here, part there and I’m always curious to hear other peoples experiences.

I love this article and the concept that we shouldn’t just use “Busy” as the default answer to “How are you doing?”.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! This made me feel so much better after someone asked me regarding my two young boys and the fact that I’m a stay-at-home & homeschooling mom, “So what do you do all day? Just entertain these guys?” Yup…

This is awesome! All too often I feel swamped with things I haven’t done. Putting this kind of spin on what I do get done will help a lot ^-^ I can just feel it 🙂
